Sarah is a cosmetic tattoo artist based in Roxboro, North Carolina, specializing in permanent makeup. Born and raised in Southern New Jersey, but has called Roxboro her home since February 2010. With a passion for makeup, artistry and all things beauty at an early age, a career in permanent makeup was the perfect fit. She has trained in Washington, DC with a world renowned master in the permanent makeup industry. She also continues to further her education, as the industry is ever evolving. Sarah is certified, licensed and insured in the state of North Carolina to perform cosmetic tattooing.
