POLICIES
Please note that it is preferable to not have children or others in the treatment room for safety reasons. However, if necessary, children are permitted as long as they are able to sit quietly in the waiting area. There is also additional seating in the main lobby. If it becomes a distraction or disturbance, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and be charged an additional booking fee.
PAYMENT POLICY
Babygirl Brow & Beauty accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. No checks or money orders.
BOOKING POLICY
All permanent makeup appointments require a non-refundable $50 booking deposit to schedule. Your booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service, due on the day of your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advanced. If cancelled more than 48 hours in advanced, booking fee will be transferred to a new date as a ONE-TIME courtesy. If second appointment is cancelled again, booking fee will be forfeited and will act as a cancellation fee.
For no-shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, booking fee will be forfeited and will act as a cancellation fee.
LATE POLICY
All clients are given a 15 minute grace period. Any clients more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be considered a no-show and their appointment will be cancelled. The booking fee for the late appointment will be forfeited and act as a cancellation fee. A new booking deposit will be required to make another appointment.
